I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had fantastic views down to the river. The location was great, close to everything and very quiet. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all there, including air conditioning and a spa bath in the main bedroom. It was a perfect setup for families with teenage children as the bedrooms were very separate.

All was well, no improvements needed.

The one bedroom apt was incredibly well presented and comfortable. I had a problem with accessing Austar and the manager came up and reset the TV immediately. We felt more like guests than customers

Bathrooms and kitchen were very old and worn, very unappealing. Carpet was worn and looked dirty. View from window was onto a disused bowling green.

Surfers Plaza Resort is the perfect location for a beach getaway. Being close to the bus stop and within walking distance of all the attractions, it offers convenience and ease of travel. the stunning views from the rooms create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the clean and spacious apartments provide a comfortable stay, with fully equipped kitchens for those who enjoy cooking. the friendly and prompt customer service adds to the overall experience.

The cleanliness of some areas could be improved.

Loved Surfers Plaza Resort, the rooms are huge and spacious. Not surrounded by our apartments so you get a nice view of Surfers. Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed the independence that we had of being able to cook our own meals and wash clothes etc. Made a major difference to our stay as we had extra money that was not being spent on food to take part in other activities. I loved that all the staff were very friendly and happy to help at any time.

I did not like that there was only air conditioning in the main room as the bedroom was very hot during the day. It didnt bother us that much as we were only there during mornings and evenings.

We also loved the fantastic views from our balcony, adding to the overall positive experience.

The rooms need a lot of tlc. Great sized rooms but pretty run down.

The apartments were better than we expected, as they were spacious and fully equipped with modern furniture, two TVs, and air conditioning. The complex had a fantastic swimming pool area with BBQ facilities and a sauna, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the hot weather. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The overall cleanliness could have been improved, as we noticed some minor issues in the bathroom and kitchen. the bed was quite uncomfortable and resulted in poor sleep quality throughout our stay.

Loved the spa ;) Would defently stay there again! Great value
